Nature of Services

All services provided through this website are digital, time-based, and personalized in nature.
No physical products are sold or delivered.

No Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with consultation or guidance

• Differences in expectations or interpretation

• Failure to attend the scheduled session

• Delay caused by customer unavailability or non-response

Payments made are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are not permitted after payment confirmation.

• Booking a service reserves time, effort, and intellectual resources; therefore, cancellation requests are not entertained.

Missed or Incomplete Consultations

• If the customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation at the confirmed time, the service shall be treated as successfully delivered.

• No rescheduling, refund, or credit shall be provided for missed sessions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Digital Report Delivery

• For written or digital consultations, delivery is considered complete once the report or response is sent to the customer’s provided contact details.

• Failure to check email, messages, or communication channels does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment is deducted but the service is not delivered at all, and

• The issue is reported in writing within 48 hours of payment

Any such exception is solely at the discretion of the service provider.

Policy Acceptance

By proceeding with payment, the customer:

• Confirms understanding that the service is digital and non-refundable

• Agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full

• Waives any chargeback or dispute on subjective grounds
